This hotel was a mixed bag for me. While I found the staff, especially Ruby and Salimar, to be incredibly helpful during a difficult situation, the overall condition of the hotel felt quite outdated and the location left much to be desired. The bathroom situation was pretty frustrating, and the lack of modern amenities really stood out. I appreciated their kindness, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
